She was walking into the building and flipped on the ice and fell backward landing up pretty much on her right side and hit her head. She is having pain on her head back and shoulder she is having nauseas and is feeling dizzy.

Per Virtual MD+ note: It sounds like she has a concussion but there doesn 't appear to be any bleeding on the brain. She has injured her brain and needs to rest. There doesn 't seem to be any internal bleeding especially since she hasn 't experienced any vomiting or an inability to walk and there’s no numbness present. It is recommended that she takes two days off work during this time.
