Before the incident

EE was stepping out of the back of their van and missed a step resulting in a fall backward and hitting their head on a curb causing an open wound to the back of the head bleeding and pain as well as [REDACTED] being called [REDACTED] did not think that they needed to be transported via ambulance but did state that they should go to the nearest urgent care EE to be taken by manager who is at the site of incident EE is still bleeding and the EMT stated that is looked like road rash and not a gash but not sure if anything is stuck in the wound and the wound is in the hair EE referred to provider d t bleeding that has not stopped after 10 minutes of firm pressure EE did state that they might have something going on with ankle near the end of the call but that he thought it was fine so he will be having them take a look at their ankle as well
