[REDACTED] was walking down the wooden ramp at the hous with client to go get in the vehicle with her. It was raining so it was wet and slippery a little bit. [REDACTED] was halfway down the ramp and slipped so her right knee twisted and leg went behind her as she fell down. Her right side from her hip down to below knee is in pain so it is hard to walk on her right side now.
