DOH 09 03 2024 Bone [REDACTED] Left hand painTM was working on trimming his piece and another came in quick and hit into his hand Incident happened at [REDACTED] got hit not smashed did not notify supervisor waited for after work Left hand knife right hand hook Pain on his pinky side TM was able to move his hand without any problems At approximately [REDACTED] while performing trimming duties the team member was struck on the left hand knife hand by a piece that entered the workstation unexpectedly The impact was described as a hit The TM experienced pain on the ulnar pinky side of the left hand but retained full mobility The incident was not immediately reported to a supervisor instead the team member waited until after the shift to notify safety
