Pulling down a carcass

TM was brought to health and safety dept at the end of the day due to bruising on his right hand middle knuckle TM stated he was working his normal job that requires him to pull down on the carcass The carcass ripped off the hook and the momentum took his right hand knife hand downward smacking his hand between the carcass and a white meat bin TM noted that the cuts sometimes come too close to the end of the foot of the carcass and with the pulling downward motion the carcass falls off the hook TM presented inflammation to his right hand middle knuckle region He noted that his pain is 4 10 with minimal decrease in right hand range of motion TM was helped with ice ibuprofen and a compression glove to help with his discomforts
