DOH [REDACTED] was lowering a Little Giant ladder after drilling holes in the newly installed duct system While doing so TM s foot was positioned under the ladder TM assumed the ladder would catch and not fall to the floor but it didn t TM operated the ladder own his own and caused the decent of the ladder As a result TM sustained a laceration on the left foot located between the big toe and the second toe TM requested to have the injury evaluated to rule out a fracture Given the timing TM was sent to UNMC for assessment Security transported
