On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] TM experienced a sudden onset of pain on the left side of his neck radiating to his shoulder while performing his regular task of pulling bags TM stated that he was following proper procedures when the pain began Upon reporting to the Harvest First Aid office at [REDACTED] TM rated his pain as 10 10 describing it as a sharp throbbing sensation He also reported difficulty lifting his left arm to elbow level TM mentioned that he had already taken two packets of Ibuprofen [REDACTED] before making his report Treatment Provided Ice application to the affected areaReferral to SIP for further evaluation and treatment
