DOH [REDACTED] Short Rin Trimmer R Shoulder Pain Switched Job ProcessTM was sent to the Health and Safety office due to pain in her right shoulder She reported that she normally works as a Short Rib Trimmer and that [REDACTED] her team began rotating to assist with the Product Transfer process There are five employees who perform the Short Rib Trimmer job and all five including TM rotate once per week to the Product Transfer position TM also reported having a similar issue documented on [REDACTED] At approximately [REDACTED] today at the start of her shift TM was performing the Product Transfer job While pulling product with her right arm using a hook she felt discomfort and soreness in her right shoulder She notified her supervisor and was sent to the Health and Safety office TM stated that on [REDACTED] her supervisor held a meeting with her and her coworkers to confirm that the five Short Rib Trimmers would be rotating to different jobs She reported that today while pulling the Top
