DOH [REDACTED] 11817 522 [REDACTED] [REDACTED] Abrasion to right hand right fingerTM was brought up to Harvest First Aid to report an incident that had happened with the [REDACTED] machine TM stated that he was performing regular duties when the machine got stuck on the bone and when he went to go unhook pulling backwards he had unhooked and hit his hand on the platform rail causing the abrasion under the inside of his right ring finger TM states no pain There was little bleeding and redness This could be preventative being more cautious First Aid consisted washing TM hand in saline water applying antibiotic and a band aid
