GOP DOH [REDACTED] Job Title 1st Butter BUF Lt Forearm traumaTM was working on the carcass when the supporting leg unexpectedly broke causing the carcass to fall Due to TM s close proximity the rear leg struck her left forearm as it dropped TM is able to move her hand but reports forearm pain from the impact and thumb discomfort from holding the carcass with the hook at the time of the incident TM informed her supervisor that she was feeling sore The supervisor offered alternative positions to allow her hand to rest however TM chose to return to her original task we applied ice to the area bio freeze and wrapped her left thumb and forearm
