DOH 4 8 26 SL 501H LEAD PERSON Struck on neck by cowTM [REDACTED] came into the Harvest First Aid with his supervisor [REDACTED] to report that a cow had fallen off the hook stating that the leg had broke off as it was hanging by a tendon TM stated the foot had fallen as he was trimming the cow when it fell and had hit him in the head and pain moved down to back of the neck TM states his pain as a 4 and describes it as achy and uncomfortable After he had felt the hit TM stated immediately he felt dizzy
