What happened
used full force to get underneath and behind it but the piece was very fixed in place. The pry bar bumped the edge of the plywood instead of going underneath it and forcefully and unexpectedly came back to him in a downward motion. He instinctively caught most of the weight with his right arm which in effect pulled his left shoulder down aggressively.
