Before the incident
EE was reaching over and around a secondary Operator to place a measuring block back on the beam above the baffle tester plate.
What happened
While reaching to put the measuring device back to its original area employee went to push it back further on the beam and the employees right thumb inadvertently went between the bottom of the tester plate and the top of baffle tank at the same time the second employee hit the cycle dual palm buttons trapping the first employees right thumb between the bottom of the tester plate and tank.
