Employee was working at Line 2 pack out station. Took gallon bottles from moving conveyor and put into cases.

What happened

On [REDACTED] the employee was working at the pack-out station. While taking gallon jug bottles from the moving conveyor and placing them into boxes she accidentally crushed her left pinky finger with a jug. She reported to the line lead and supervisor that she was experiencing soreness in her left pinky finger. They discussed with the employee about calling TravCare nurse line but she declined and decided to wait and see how it felt over the long weekend. On [REDACTED] after the first 15-minute break the employee reported to the line lead and then the supervisor that her left pinky finger was hurting and she could not bend it. The supervisor notified the Production Manager and EHS Technician that TravCare needed to be called. TravCare nurse was contacted and instructed the employee to go to urgent care. The employee went to urgent care around [REDACTED] and returned with the diagnosis of a finger fracture.
