Staff informed him soda wasn 't his and was returning them to the kitchen when client [REDACTED] jumped and grabbed twelve pack from staff 's arms. The twelve pack split in half and several full cans of soda hit the top of staff 's foot. Which had already been giving staff problems. Has Xray 's waiting to be taken. The top of both feet is bruised; big toes are purple. Middle of foot is also bruised. Ankle and foot are so swollen staff can barely walk without assistance of walker. Used a cane the days reported to work before pain was so unbearable and had to call off.
