We were running 10kg boxes and I was working the scale and when my teammate went on break I was working the scale and strapping the boxes and stacking then and when the stack got tall I was putting a box on the top row and I felt heard a pop in my shoulder and a sharp pain and after that it has just been getting hurting worse and worse since.
