What happened
The client had been having fluctuating moods. He used the bathroom and I asked permission to adjust his clothes per ISP and he replied yes as he was getting picked up by family at [REDACTED]. Before I was finished he started making loud negative comments and out of the blue turned around and hit and slapped my face several times. Knocking my glasses off.
