Before the incident
Helping water test a grain trailer.
What happened
Team member was water testing a Foltz grain trailer outside of door 13 on the west concrete pad. When coming down from the top slope step in the front hopper he placed his foot on the slope which was wet from the test. When going to place his foot it slipped out and he fell onto the second step down in the slope. After falling onto the slope step the team member then let himself slide the rest of the way out of the hopper onto the ground in order to exit the trailer.
