Started to transfer on ceiling lift assisted stand needing heavy Max A back into the chair. While providing pull back into the seat she noted increased arm pain into her left shoulder. Started getting pain numbness and tingling into the arm. Went down to the ED to be seen for a rotator cuff injury.
