Climbing over a fence.

While on an alarm call within city limits the employee fell striking their face on the ground causing a fracture to the face that required stitches. Upon arriving at the scene the employee decided to check the rear of the property which was walled off by a padlocked fence. In an effort to ascertain if a burglary was taking place the employee was able to get over the fence. While dismounting the fence the employee 's left foot was caught in the fence causing them to fall approximately 6 feet. They landed on their face and right side of their body. The employee suffered a broken nose and lacerations requiring stitches.
