Customer headed for the exit with a bag of merchandise she had not paid for. Ms. [REDACTED] stopped her and when the customer began to pushed past her Ms. [REDACTED] grabbed the bag of merchandise. The customer yanked the bag causing Ms. [REDACTED] to fall and twist her L ankle.
