working in decontamination three times [REDACTED]. my injury from [REDACTED] is unable to fully recover. Due to back to back days in the heaviest part of our department. due to not having people cross trained.

it happened from lifting heavy medical equipment none stop and not having a break in between the high volume of soiled instruments that come down mainly between [REDACTED]. the only time i had to catch my breath or give my body some rest is during my lunch and 15 min break which are both scheduled within the first four hours of my shift. which leads to me working for 3 and a half hours straight with no break.

my right arm down to my wrist.. My right wrist is tingling and is very sore to just natural movement. the right wrist feels as something is torn on the inside.

ALL OR SOILED INSTRUMENTS ALL HOLLY HILL SOILED INTRUMENTS.

Pain to right wrist onset after repeated lifting of soiled instrument trays.
