Before the incident
Performing mock cpr in a class. I was using my hands to do compressions and to hit the back of a plastic rubber doll to mock chocking and dislodging of a foreign body.
What happened
Repetitive motion of using my hand wrist arm while doing the compressions. I started to have pain numbness in my rt handwrist and a pain in my elbow.
