Overtime in decontamination lifting heavy instrument sets for hours. i was also in decontamination on [REDACTED] and [REDACTED]. My wrist has barely had a break or time to fully recover from my previous injury.

my right wrist in between the palm and the arm.. my right wrist is tiggling and hard to move because of the level of pain. if feels like im tugging on something when i make certain movements.
