Before the incident
I was scrubbing an emergency case. At the end of the case I was placing a piece of a drain in the garbage and it flicked a particle into my right eye. I got scrubbed out and went to wash my eye with warm water and soap. I later asked if circulator could call the MD to get the patients blood drawn and I could go to the ED to get my blood drawn.
