What happened
On [REDACTED] EE was delivering doors to the jobsite. In the process the driver was unloading doors which weighed approximately 100 lbs. After completing this task the employee experienced back pain that day and the [REDACTED] at which point EE reported the pain. EE was sent to the clinic for evaluation and diagnosed with a lumbar strain and prescribed medication as well as given work restrictions.
