What happened
On [REDACTED] EE reported that their finger was very sore over the weekend from an incident that occurred the [REDACTED] at work. EE was using their A key to get into the main office and when they turned the key and as EE pulled the door open EE experienced pain in their right middle finger towards the top knuckle. EE wanted to just update me that they felt they over worked it on [REDACTED] ([REDACTED]) and would be trying to favor their finger [REDACTED] in efforts of allowing it to heal. Months passed without incident until EE went to see a doctor on [REDACTED]. Doctor determined Right Hand Tenosynovitis and has referred EE for occupational orthopedic therapy and evaluation to determine whether surgery will be required. EE has not missed work for this injury.
