What happened

At around [REDACTED] an off-shift employee arrived in the parking lot with their ex-boyfriend a non-Creative Foam employee. The off-shift employee called an on-shift employee to come outside to talk to the non-employee. At around [REDACTED] the on-shift employee stepped to open the front man door to go outside. At that time the non-employee punched them in the face causing the on-shift employee to fall out of the door onto the steps. The non-employee continued to assault the on-shift employee as the off-shift employee ran inside yelling for someone to call the police. A slicer operator and a member of Maintenance ran out the door to help. The slicer operator instructed another worker to run and get the supervisor. The slicer operator and Maintenance member went out the door and stopped the assault told the non-employee to leave and called the police. At that time the supervisor arrived on the scene to attend to the on-shift employee while waiting for the police.
