What happened
The Employee (Machine Operator) had been in the Veg Hallway working on an issue with the tables. The Tables had been mixed in the rotation causing the Machine Operator to physically pull the tables back as opposed to using the automation tracking. During this process the table came back further than expected pinching the Employee 's right middle finger between the table and the automation flashing. When the Employee pulled their finger free from the pinch point they had a laceration along their middle finger and a crack in their fingernail.
