As employee was feeding the machine there is an auto wrapper that automatically bundles and wraps the material. Employee reach into the auto wrapper to adjust bundle really quickly but in that moment the auto bundle caught his hand and startled him as he pulled his hand away from the machine he lacerated it on the edge which had a bolt sticking out of it which caused the laceration.
