Associate was cleaning up at [REDACTED] in building #3. Instead of going around roll casing associate started walking over the top of roll casing and lost footing and fell. slit scuff on right arm. [REDACTED] stated she was fine and went back to work.

Employee walked on roll casing rather than walking around. The rollers actively roll as she stepped on the rolls the rolls rotated causing her to fall.
