What happened
The Employee had walked into the Clone Production Area as the shifts were changing. One of the Employee 's from the leaving shift had sprayed an ammount of ISO onto the floor to clean ther work area. The Employee from the previous shift had walked away for a moment to get paper towels to clean the floor. The initial Employee had walked over to gether their supplies for their shift and walked through the ISO which was on the floor. the Combination of ISO and plant material caused the area of the floor to become slick. this caused the Employee to slip striking their knee against the floor and hand against the nearby table.
