What happened
I [REDACTED] was grading on M3 outfeed for 267 lattice. A piece of lattice became partially lodged under the kicker. The I[REDACTED] deenergized the outfeed and pulled on the lodged moulding and as it broke free his arm struck the guarding rail over the line. I[REDACTED] was assessed in first aid and taken to clinic where he was treated with ice compression wrap and prescribed a anti-inflammatory.
