Arrived on location @ [REDACTED] to find involved EE in a seated position in mild distress. Through translation barrier it was vaguely explained the steamer tipped over spilling hot water onto the (L) low leg ankle foot. EE escorted to HSS by [REDACTED] [REDACTED]. Translation by HSS [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] clarified the steamer leaked onto their leg foot.
