There was a road marker that had been hit by a car. Pole was replaced. Employee was there to put the street signs on the pole. Employee was on what they call the plank on the front of the truck. The plank extends up and out. Employee was approximately 5-6 feet off the ground getting ready to put the street sign on the pole. He had a drill and the sign in his hands.

He extended his body and arms to reach the pole. When he extended he felt something like an electric shock in the center of his back approximately at his belt line.
