Before the incident
Employee was nesting bundles of material and sending them down to the master bundle stacker.
What happened
The bundle count was off by one due to an issue that occurred with the first bundle so the employee had to manually send an additional bundle in the stacker. The bundle was then manually discharged onto the lift table where the other five bundles were sitting. The employee bent over the lift table and physically adjusted all six bundles in order to get them aligned correctly. As the operator stood back up they felt a sharp pain in the left knee.
