Before the incident
Employee began walking North down the outdoor driveway between the main manufacturing plant and the Clip Express warehouse. The employee was walking to the back of the main building where the company pickup trucks (equipped with a snowplow and salt spreader) were located. They were going to plow and salt the parking lot due to a weather event that occurred over the weekend dropping several inches of snow.

As the employee was walking they slipped on the snow ice and fell backward onto their back striking the back of their head on the ground.
