Before the incident
On [REDACTED] EE was working through out the day installing TPO roof with a stomach ache. At the end of the work shift EE vomited and told his foreman he was ok and went home. Temperatures were near 108 F but crews had access to shade water electrolytes and cool down
What happened
On [REDACTED] EE decided to take the day off due to not feeling well. At around [REDACTED] he admitted himself at the hospital where he was given IVs and held for observation overnight.
