Before the incident
EE was walking down the main drive aisle in the warehouse towards the bathroom at the north end of the building. EE was approaching a interception to another drive aisle. Before the EE could fully cross a PIV driver hit the EE from behind. EE was hit by the mast of the forklift and as she was falling the forklift was turning causing the EE to be hit by the back end of the lift as well.
