Before the incident
Employees were moving a tank to the Dip Tank 10 line to finish assembly and leak testing. The gravity roller conveyor table was lowered and EE lifted the tank with another employee using team lift
What happened
The other employee pushed towards EE while lifting the tank and EE 's hand got caught underneath the rollers at the edge of the table and against the tank. EE thought she smashed it but quickly realized there was a clean cut after moving her hand. Pinky finger - left hand. Employee went to emergency where she received stitches. No lost time occurred.
