Technician was getting ready to flip a part to repair a bevel. He was clamping the clamp on the part to flip.
What happened
He pushed down on the clamp the the 237 lb part with a magent attached fell forward in the cart crushing his forefinger between the clamp and the cart. The magnet was not cinched and had a lot of slack allowing the part to fall forward when pushed down.
