Before the incident
Working on roof for about 20- 30 minutes started to get leg cramps water did not help.
What happened
IE states that around 1200 hours he was having cramps in upper legs. He exited the roof at 1230 hours went to car to cooldown. Cramping continued. Attempted to hydrate and go inside building to AC. Symptoms were not improving around 1330 hours
