Before the incident
EE was using needle nose pliers to change out a pin from a master link chain on plant 2 shot peener.
What happened
When using the pliers they slipped due to the grease making the chain slippery and the tool was also slippery. When the pliers slipped off of the pin this caused his left hand to get cut on the side of entrance to inside of shot peener.
