What happened
He was trying to get the jack to compress enough to get the jack to slide out from underneath the nose landing gear. He wasn 't able to get the jack to compress enough so he tried using the jack handle as leverage underneath the jack to compress it and the ground was wet and the jack handle slipped out from under the jack and hit him in the lower lip.
