Before the incident
TM was rigging up scrap bundles to be taken to a scrap trailer by an overhead crane.
What happened
TM rigged up the north end of the scrap bundles walked beside the bundles to apply rigging to the south end. While walking next to the stack TM accidentally ran the crane west causing the stack of scrap bundles to fall and pin their leg between two bundles.
