The employee 's written description is as follows around [REDACTED] I was working on two east when I was taking linen down to the soil room from a daily. I placed the linen bag down in front of the linen door to go and grab garbage that I had pulled and when I returned I went to pick up the linen bag and I felt a weird pull in my right shoulder. It began to throb and became painful and I felt like I had no strength in my arm and the pain started to radiate down to my elbow. That 's when I decided to go to the ER to get it checked out because I didn 't know what happened and I didn 't want to injure myself more by continuing to work. I then contacted the person on charge at the time who was [REDACTED] and notified her as to what happened and that I was heading down to the ER. I notified her at [REDACTED]. I then arrived to the ER and they got me in right away and were great to me and they determined that I had pulled muscle and my muscles were very tight and tense they took me off work
