Before the incident
Full baking dish with turkey was put into the oven at [REDACTED]. Employee removed the dish at [REDACTED] while removing the dish fluid from the cooking turkey splashed onto his inner left wrist as the fluid shifted in the pan.
What happened
Per the employee at [REDACTED] I put a tray of turkey with slightly more meat than normal in the oven. At [REDACTED] I pulled aforementioned tray out and didn 't notice the overflowing grease turkey juice so when I pulled it out it ran over the tray onto my arm. Mid row in front of ovens.
