Employee was taking care of an acutely injured patient.

What happened

The employee 's written description is as follows. While taking care of an acutely injured patient writer moved the trauma bay equipment device suction plugs oxygen bay to move closer to patient at approximately 1245. This was done to help assist in sedation for procedure. Note anything you observed prior to or during the incident odors sounds sights etc. Pt yelling in pain felt a strong pain in my mid-back that was sudden and sharp but dissipated. I felt at that time it was nothing and continued working. What conditions influenced the incident? the trauma bay equipment device was in corner of room. Did not realize how heavy it was when writer went to move it.
