What happened
Contractor was moving their tool box to facilitate hangar bay cleaning. One of the wheels became stuck due to hitting a piece of debris on the ground. The contractor moved around the tool box to see what caused the sudden stoppage and grazed their right ankle along the corner of the tool box which resulted in a laceration.
