What happened

The employee 's written description is as follows. While getting patient to porch had to use full body to prevent sliding down path with stretcher and patient pushed into my torso then while lifting patient on power stretcher upstairs and into residence had to pivot due to angle and clutter and weight caused shoulder to feel pull followed by sharp pain.
